There are a variety of options available for term loans (unsecured) up to $250k and secured by business and Director's guarantee up to $750k
These loans are generally available as fully drawn loans with re-draw facilities available after a 6 month period. Generally there are weekly, fortnightly or monthly Principal and Interest payment requirements over a 12-24 month period.
Interest rates vary, but are priced on a risk basis for the individual client.
As in all business lending, the way to view these loans is "What can I earn from the use of the funds" compared to the cost of the funding.
